2.1. Content Liability
As a service provider, Flex Fight Wear is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with Australian laws. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the moment that knowledge of the specific infringement is obtained. We will endeavor to resolve your concerns promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may have recourse to external dispute resolution bodies available under Australian consumer law.
