12-MONTH FLEX WARRANTY

At FLEX, we stand behind the quality of our products.

All FLEX products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us with your order details and photos or video showing the issue. If the claim is approved, FLEX will assess the product and may repair, replace or otherwise provide an appropriate remedy.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations to the product.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
